This app is intended for use as part of Lextech’s App Roadmap Workshop and requires a username and password.
The two-day App Roadmap Workshop teaches business leaders how to identify apps that support organizational goals, solve relevant problems, and deliver a high Return on App (ROA). Now, there is an app to facilitate this proven process!
The app allows workshop participants to:
- establish organizational goals,
- identify supporting workflows,
- uncover workflow challenges,
- brainstorm app concepts to solve those challenges,
- model the financial return and score app concepts,
- and generate a roadmap of the 3-5 apps that could transform their business.
Use the app during the workshop to develop your plan, and then after the workshop to examine additional workflows. The app produces a PDF roadmap that can be leveraged to justify the cost of your mobile initiatives and to sell your app concepts to key stakeholders.
